• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Reception hours: Monday-Friday: 08:00-20:00. Saturday-Sunday: 08:30-14:30. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact reception beforehand to arrange late arrival procedures.
