The hotel restaurant has an open-plan kitchen allowing you to view the chef prepare your meal. There are separate fixed price and vegetarian menus. The Big Britannia Breakfast, with a varied selection of hot and cold dishes, is a super value start to the day.

By Car:
From the M6:
- Leave the M6 at junction 6 and follow the signs to the city centre.
- At the 'Motorway End' sign, take the left slip road to ring road east.
- At the roundabout (with the fire station on the left), take the 1st left and get into the right-hand lane.
- Under the underpass to St Martins Circus, stay to the right and take the 1st left round the Rotunda into New Street.
- The hotel is located on the right-hand side (main entrance is in Union Passageway).

From the M5:
- Leave at junction 3 and follow the signs to the city centre.
- At the ICC complex, follow the signs to New Street Station.
- Go around Paradise Circus, down Suffolk Street Queensway to Holloway Circus roundabout.
- Turn left into Smallbrook Queensway, past New Street Station on the left.
- Take the next left round the Rotunda into New Street.
- The hotel is located on the right-hand side (main entrance in Union Passageway).
